Small bags are 163mm x 255mm and come in packs of 100 bags. These are great for piping small details on your cookies, when you don’t need a large amount of icing.
Medium bags are 200mm x 310mm and come in packs of 100 bags. These are great to use for flooding your cookies with royal icing, especially when you need a larger amount of icing.
You do not need to use a metal tip with these bags. Just cut the hole straight across the seam - cut a smaller hole to pipe details and larger to flood your cookie with icing.
