Shipping

We've worked hard to keep shipping costs to a minimum and that is why we offer free shipping for your cookie cutter orders. So order as many cutters as your heart desires- as long as your order will be shipped within the UK, your order will ship for free! We also ship via Royal Mail first class, which aims to have your cookie cutters or stencils to you within one to two business days. With Covid and other concerns, shipping may take a little bit longer, and we aren’t responsible for orders that don’t arrive in a timely manner, as we cannot control the Royal Mail delivery times. 

If you are ordering to an international address (outside of mainland U.K.), your order will be sent via “signed and tracked”, or one of those two options. This will allow you (and us!) to keep track of your parcel to be sure it arrives safely at its destination. We cannot be held accountable for items that arrive at your local post office that are unclaimed.
