Can I get my own hand-drawn design made into a cookie cutter?

Yes - probably! Aside from the obvious technical difficulties involved with making very intricate designs, there are functional problems too. If you've ever tried to get cookie dough out of the tiny points of a cutter you'll know what I mean!! If you'd like to send us your design so we can check it out, you can do so here.

Can I use my favourite cartoon characters in a custom design?

Sorry, no. We're not able to use copyrighted clipart, images, designs, or likenesses to make our cutters.

What are your cookie cutters made of?

We use high-quality PLA (PolyLactic Acid) for our cookie cutters. It's a plant-based biopolymer derived from corn and sugarcane, is all-natural, free from contaminants, and long term biodegradable.

Are your cookie cutters dishwasher safe?

Sorry, our cookie cutters are not dishwasher safe. The relatively high temperatures used by dishwashers mean that your cookie cutters are unlikely to survive the trip through the cycle. Please hand-wash only, then dry your cutter and store in a cool, dry place.
